Chef driven, gourmet food concept opened in 2011, specializing in egg-centric breakfast. With multiple locations worldwide, this spot is the original. Known for their classic breakfast sandwiches, the menu now serves a cheeseburger option as well.

Whether it's the simple bacon, egg and cheddar cheese,  or the slightly more complex Fairfax with soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sirocco mayo,.

Open 8am-2pm daily, available for pickup and takeout through uber eats. Across the street from this original location is ‘The Bradbury Building’, a landmark LA building where a scene from the classic indie hit, “500 Days of Summer” with Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt was filmed.
