Serving upmarket American cuisine, Firefly is a delightfully hidden getaway restaurant in the heart of Studio City on Ventura Blvd. There’s no sign to guide you to the restaurant, just the most lush display of ivy completely covering the front. You’ll immediately enter in to what feels like a speakeasy bar, low-lit and standing room only. Just beyond the bar is a larger lounge area that keeps on trend with full library lined walls and plush, tufted banquettes. Just around the corner from the lounge opens up a large, completely outdoor restaurant patio. Mediterranean style cabanas line the perimeter of the patio, with a large 360 degree fireplace anchoring the center. The patio is pushed up against a hill, so the ambience is reminiscent of being in some sort of jungle.

A prix fixe is available each night with a set price of $78 for 3 courses with entree options like the steak and frites, Atlantic salmon, mushroom pappardelle, or jidori chicken. These options are also included in just entree options along with dishes like the miso glazed cod, braised lamb shank and their library burger. Highlighted specialty cocktails range from their “barrel aged old fashioned” made with evan williams barrel aged bourbon, luxardo maraschino, citrus, barrel aged bitters and the sun kissed passion” blanco tequila, orgeat, falernum, passion fruit puree, cranberry, cardamom bitters.
