French inspired rooftop bistro with two separate rooftop bars stacked on top of each other, the ground level elevator takes you to the 13th floor, then another speakeasy type elevator takes you the rest of the way to the Perch. The indoor bar/restaurant flows onto the outdoor patio making the space feel expansive with impressive views of the downtown.

Depending on the time of day, breakfast lunch, lunch and dinner menus are offered. Entree's on the dinner menu include dishes like the ribeye served with forked golden potatoes, haricot verts, sauce au poivre and the chilean seabass served with creamy risotto, baby carrots, maitake mushrooms, fennel, lemon-caper beurre blanc.
