Cafe. Bakery. Bar. Bistro. French plates, stunning interior design, and a communal table to pull it all together. With menus for every part of the day, Republique is the perfect getaway for all occasions.

The food is delicious and the stunning architecture only adds to the experience at Republique. If you’ve binge-watched the Netflix series, Chef’s Table, you’ll recognize the name Nancy Silverton. She and Mark Peel used the building as the expanded La Brea Bakery and then Campanile for almost 25 years. In 2013, a year after Silverton and Peel closed their restaurant down, Water and Margarita Manzke re-opened up what is now, Republique.

Dinner items will woo you to a fine dining experience with dishes like Wolfe Ranch Quail and the Sonoma Duck Breast. If you’re looking for a bit more causal of an experience, brunch, breakfast and lunch are all affordable and just as delicious.

The feature that draws the most attraction is the design pot the building itself. It’s as if you’ve been transported into an English castle.
